At envy™ our treatments are tailored to meet your individual needs. After a detailed individual consultation, our dedicated and highly trained therapists will pamper and indulge you, using the finest quality products to target your specific concerns and help restore your optimum

To ensure all our clients enjoy a relaxing and peaceful environment, please keep noise to a minimum and turn mobiles off.
VALUABLES
It is advised that you leave all valuables at home. envy™ will accept no responsibility for the safety of your belongings.
TIME
Our time is as precious as yours. Please arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your appointment to fill out your personal consultation. Late arrivals will be subject to reduced treatment times.
CANCELLATION FEES
We understand schedules change and we kindly ask for 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. If at least 3 hours notice is not given, a 50% cancellation fee will be incurred. Gift certificates risk part or full forfeit if less than 24 hours cancellation notice is given. To secure bookings of 1½ hours or multiple group’s credit card details are required. A 100% fee will be charged for no shows.
COURSES
At envy™ we like to reward our regular clientele. When you purchase 6 treatments upfront, receive a 7th treatment complimentary.
GIFT CERTIFICATES
Gift certificates make the perfect gift and are available in any amount. They may be purchased at envy™ or over the phone and mailed to a nominated address.
PAYMENTS
We accept cash, Eftpos, Visa, MasterCard and American Express for purchases of $20 dollars or more. Cheques are not accepted.
